Public Transport

The airport is connected to the railway station of Santa Maria Novella in Florence by Vola in Bus, a bus service operated by ATAF and SITA; it is connected to the cities of Prato, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme and to the Pisa Airport with FlyBus, a service operated by the Tuscany Service Transport. In the future it will be linked to the historic centre up to Piazza della Libertà through the new tramway and the metro rail link road that will connect the airport with the railway line Florence-Pisa-Livorno at the junction of Signa.
